FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to lipid nanoparticles and their use as pharmaceutical compositions for wound healing. Disclosed is a lipid nanoparticle for wound healing, including an epidermal growth factor (EGF), a lipid which is solid at room temperature, selected from the group comprising glyceryl palmitostearate, glyceryl monostearate and glyceryl behenate and mixtures thereof, a lipid liquid at room temperature, selected from the group consisting of triglyceride of caprylic acid and capric acid, soya bean oil, isopropyl myristate, castor oil and mixtures thereof, and a nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of sorbitan esters, polyethoxylated sorbitan esters, polyethylene-polypropylene glycol, and mixtures thereof. Also disclosed is a method for producing lipid nanoparticles, a kit and compositions for wound healing comprising said lipid nanoparticles and additionally lipid nanoparticles containing the antibacterial LL37 peptide.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved cell proliferation and a high degree of inclusion of the epidermal growth factor.
