SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the used in the continuous coating process by immersion in a hot melt thrust liners and clamps for immersion roller assemblies. Roller trunnion assembly for use in the molten metal bath environment has supporting the clamp (100) roller arms (200). Clamp (100) has inner wall (104) limiting the substantially cylindrical through passageway for the roller trunnion (106) reception, configured to rotate about the central longitudinal axis, this axis defines the configured to rotate roller trunnion (106) two ends center. Roller trunnion (106) is surrounded by the trunnion bushing (108). Arms (200) further comprise the thrust insert (165) installed inside the opening in the arm (200) for the acting on the roller trunnion (106) during rotation lateral forces damping. Roller trunnion assembly includes plurality of semi-cylindrical seats (116) passing longitudinally along the clamp (100) inner wall and along the cylindrical passageway length and plurality of having body and two ends corresponding cylindrical ceramic rods (110). Rods (110) are inserted into the seats (116) so, that at least a portion of the said rods body (110) projects into the said passage for alignment with the trunnion bushing (108), at that, each roller trunnion (106) end is aligned with the thrust insert (165).
EFFECT: use of cylindrical rods in the roller assembly clamp and thrust insert prevents the wedges use for the stabilization purposes, which in turn eliminates applied to the rods jamming and pressure inconsistency, which eliminates the occurrence of cracks and the rods destruction.
