FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of buildings and constructions against seismic loads. Vibration isolator contains the housing and elastic elements, placed in it. Housing is designed as a base with a cover. Elastic elements are made in the form of disk annular spring. Vibration isolating object is mounted on a threaded bushing located in the spring upper ring opening. Between the threaded bushing base and bottom end, coaxially with the housing, elastic damping element is fixed. Cylindrical helical spring is made with a damper inside. Damper housing is made in the form of two oppositely arranged flanges. Fastening elements in the form of threaded rods are located perpendicular to the flanges and coaxially to the elastomer. Elastomer side surface profile is made hyperbolic in the form of a rod of equal resistance, having constant rigidity in the axial and transverse directions, or the elastomer side surface profile is made cylindrical or conical, or the elastomer side surface profile is made corrugated, and the ratio of the damper height h to the elastomer support surface diameter D is in the optimum ratio of values: h/D=0.45…1.55, on the outer helical surface resilient damping element cylindrical helical spring comprises an additional damping element made in the form of a polyurethane elastic tube, put on its outer surface without a gap.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of vibration isolation in resonance mode is being achieved.
