SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the beverages preparation field. In the system with a cooking machine (50) and a portioned package holder (1) the cooking machine (50) is intended for brewing beverages, in particular, a hot coffee beverage, using a portioned package (40) containing particulate beverage substance extracted with water. The cooking machine (50) has a device for water supply under pressure, a guiding device (58) for the portioned package holder (1) and a control unit. The control device is designed for adjustment of at least three various values of water pressure. The portioned package holder (1) inserted into the guiding device (58) may move upward to the perforator (52) using the guiding device (58) The portioned package holder (1) has a receptacle (3), wherein at least one portioned package (40) may be inserted, in particular, a filtering pouch, with an outlet hole (24, 32) for brewed beverage under the receptacle (3).
EFFECT: inventions group allows to implement the possibility to use portioned packages in the form of pouches with a help of a cooking machine designed for usage with portioned capsules.
