FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-compacting mixtures for high-strength heavyweight concrete with a density of 3,500 to 4,500 kg/m3. Invention is directed to the production of a self-compacting highly heavy concrete mix with a density of more than 3,500 kg/m3, which has and high mobility, measured by the draft of the standard cone above 28 cm with the spread of the standard cone 65–75 cm, and segregation resistance. Concrete mixture contains 11.5–30.7 mass.% of cement, 42.9–69.3 mass.% of steel or cast iron fractions 0.3–3.6 mm, 2.2–5.1 mass.% of steel fiber of straight section with length of 12–25 mm, 0.3–21.1 mass.% of additives and water – the rest. As an additive, a superplasticizer based on polycarboxylates or naphthalene-formaldehyde polycondensates or organo-mineral modifiers such as MB and active and/or inert mineral additives with a true density of 2.2 to 5.0 g/cm3 with a particle size of not more than 1.25 mm.
EFFECT: technical result is increasing in mobility of concrete mixture and mixture compression strength.
