FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for splitting the shells of sunflower seeds. Device contains two converging at an acute angle plastic jaws with working surfaces forming yawns on one side and arched on the other side with the formation of a convergence angle between the working surfaces and having on all the working surfaces denticles of the same size in the form of a triangular prism. Ends of the working surfaces of the jaws forming the angle of convergence are made with projections-limiters of the stroke with a gap between them.

EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the design, reducing its size and increasing ease of use.
