SUBSTANCE: disclosed is the liquid (15) foaming device (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8), in particular for two or more parallel flows of foam creation. Device comprises: steam generator (10) for the steam stream (13) generation, steam separator (30) for the steam stream (13) separation into the first steam stream (33A) and the second steam stream (33B), wherein the first steam stream (33A) is supplied to the first steam outlet (32A), and the second steam stream (33B) is to the second steam outlet (32B), the first foaming unit (11A) having the first fluid inlet (14A) and the first steam inlet (16A), second foaming unit (11B) having the second fluid inlet (14B) and the second steam inlet (16B), wherein the steam separator (30) first steam inlet (32A) is connected to the first foaming unit (11A) first steam inlet (16A), and the steam separator (30) second steam inlet (32B) is connected to the second foaming unit (11B) second steam inlet (16B).
EFFECT: in accordance with the additional aspect of invention, disclosed is the coffee machine (50) comprising the coffee preparation unit (51) and the liquid foaming device.
