SUBSTANCE: device (1) for foaming a liquid, comprising deposition chamber (10) creating space (11) in device (1) for the foamed liquid formed during operation of device (1); inlet (20) for introducing fluid to be foamed into device (1); inlet (30) for introducing steam into device (1) for effecting a pumping action on the liquid entering device (1) through inlet (20) for introducing the fluid to be foamed into device (1) and thereby forming a vapor/liquid flow fed to deposition chamber (10); combined inlet/outlet (40) for introducing the foaming gas into device (1) for foaming the liquid and for discharging the foamed liquid from deposition chamber (10); and obstacle (50) disposed in position determining device (1) in device (1), in which the foaming gas entering device (1) during operation of device (1) meets with the vapor/liquid flow.
