FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator contains a U-shaped base, elastic elements of spring type and supporting units. Rod with a threaded end is rigidly attached to the base. Elastic element of the spring type is fixed by elastic elements located in the grooves of the base, by means of a cover and a cylindrical elastic washer, which is put on the rod. Washer is designed as a damping mesh bag and contains an elastic sleeve with a central hole. Bushing is located in the central part of the bag and is rigidly connected to the central plate. Plate divides the damping net into two identical parts. Elastic mesh elements of the package are made of a mesh frame filled with polyurethane. Support rings are fixed on the central plate. Upper and lower mesh elastic members are respectively connected to the upper cover and the lower pack pressure plate. In each mesh elastic element is a dry friction damper. Damper contains the sleeves connected to the interference, forming a friction pair. Elastic bushing is placed in the sleeves coaxially and with a clearance. Vibration-isolating object is fixed to the free end of the spring elastic element by means of a tightly connected elastic connection with it.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of spatial vibration isolation is achieved by introducing damping into the system.
