FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for controlling or controlling a process. More particularly, the present invention relates to measuring blade-shaped diaphragms and to transmitters of variable process parameters, which use blade-shaped diaphragms to measure the variable parameters of the process. Element for measuring the flow rate of the fluid based on the pressure difference for introducing sections (121, 123) of the pipeline transporting the fluid between connecting flanges (120, 122), includes planar diaphragm (110) having portion (114) in contact with the fluid, to be placed in the flow of fluid through the conduit, and handle (112) extending outwardly from the outer portion of fluid contacting portion (114). Planar diaphragm (110) includes at least one pressure extraction port (230, 232) formed in fluid-contacting portion (114) of the diaphragm and at least one pulse linear channel (211, 213) provided in flat diaphragm (110) and extending from one of the at least one pressure extraction port through the handle to corresponding interface port (214, 215) of the transmitter. Plurality of apertures (320) are formed in the handle, and are located and performed with respect to at least one interface port (214, 215) of the transmitter so that transmitter (102) of the process variables is directly mounted to handle (112), transmitter (102) being substantially perpendicular to the plane of handle (112).
EFFECT: possibility to avoid the need to provide other components or assembly/installation steps that are normally required for blade-shaped diaphragms, such as threaded flanges, separate impulse lines and a measuring branch pipe.
