FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: there is a valve having a casing/body, adapted to be placed in a pipeline, through which a fluid stream flows, or being a part thereof, and also equipped with at least one pressure tap outlet located in at least one position along the pipeline, to enable the measurement of the pressure of the fluid stream in the pipeline; and also having a measuring diaphragm rotatable in the body or the valve casing on a rotational axis, disposed at a position along the pipeline other than the position of said pressure tap outlet between the first rotational position enabling the fluid stream to operate normally, and the second rotational position, basically perpindicular to the fluid stream and providing for direct measurement of the fluid flow, which is determined on the basis of the signals, measured by the pressure tap outlet sensor, which contains information about the measured pressure in the pressure tap outlet, when the measuring diaphragm is in the second rotational position.

EFFECT: creation of a valve, designed to provide direct flow measurement.
