SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of training devices for the development and strengthening of muscles or joints, as well as exercises to overcome the counter-force created by electromagnetic or electrical devices with or without measuring devices (electrical or electronic means for controlling them). Double-action weight-lifting trainer contains a platform, two vertically spaced rails on each side, connected from above by a beam, and from below – by a beam with a horizontal slider, forming a movable frame, with the possibility of reciprocal sliding along a horizontal guide, which is located under the platform. Trainer also contains a crossbar fixed inside the frame on vertical slides with the possibility of reciprocal sliding along vertical rails and turning around its axis by 360 degrees. Along the platform, along the horizontal rails, the frame moves. It consists of a carriage equipped with horizontal slides connected by bridges, and also of vertical rails, the lower ends of which are fixed on a horizontal carriage, and the upper ends are connected to a beam. Vertical rails are equipped with vertical carriages consisting of vertical sliders connected by a bridge. At the same time, under the platform, there are two servomotors electrically connected by the control system, one of which is fixed to the platform and has a kinematic connection with the horizontal carriage, performing the function of resistance to horizontal movements of the crossbar with a specified force through vertical rails and vertical carriages. And the second servomotor is fixed on the horizontal carriage and has a kinematic connection with the vertical carriages, which performs the function of resistance to the vertical movements of the crossbar with a given load.

EFFECT: versatility, providing training complex for different muscle groups with the necessary load values, as well as achieving biomechanically correct movements with complete user safety.
