FIELD: training devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to training devices specifically designed for lower extremities, in particular, used in aesthetic sports (rhythmic gymnastics) and art (ballet) for the development of ballet eversion. Exercise machine represents a platform with outward rotating support devices for feet. Method of using the disclosed training device consists in increasing the effectiveness of training due to the development of the hip joint of the trainee, providing accurate control of the training process, improving their safety, in expansion of range of performed health-improving and training exercises. Training apparatus for developing ballet eversion consists of a body and two identical support devices for the user's feet, which are equipped with movement elements. On the front side of the body there is a scale of the deflection angle of the support devices for the user's feet. Body is made in the form of a plate with stiffening ribs. In the upper part of the plate, symmetrically from its transverse axis, there are concentrically arched guide and a through slot. Arc-shaped guide is made above the through slot. Ball and thrust bearings are used as elements for movement of support devices for feet. In the lower part of the plate, symmetrically to its transverse axis there are two through holes, in which by means of a threaded connection the foot support devices are fixed with the possibility of their rotation to the outside, wherein axes of through holes are located on one lines with beginning and end of guide and through slot. In the lower part of the plate there are two cylindrical recesses, the centers of which coincide with the centers of the through holes, wherein the diameter of the cylindrical recesses is greater than the diameter of the through holes, and in lower part of reverse side of support devices for feet there are identical cylindrical recesses. Movement of support devices for feet along the guide is carried out by means of ball bearings located in cylindrical recesses between the plate and support devices for feet. In the upper part of the reverse side of each support device for the feet there installed are support bearings, under which there are fastening screws. In the lower part of the back side of the body plate there are two fastening elements, which are connected by means of elastic rods to the fastening screws so that the left fastening screw is connected to the right fastening element, and the right fastening screw is connected to the left fastening element. Method for using the training device for the development of ballet eversion consists in the fact that the user places the feet on the training device, namely on the foot support devices, while placing them parallel to each other and performs rotational movements in range from 0 to 90° due to the operation of the hip joint and surrounding muscles, wherein the user controls the position of the pelvis. Support devices have different resistance during movement, which allows progressing in exercises.
