SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, in particular to a device for reducing the volume of the stomach. Device comprises a containment shell and an elastic balloon in the containment shell with a valve assembly and a tip intended to provide a releasable connection to the pressure communication line with the excess pressure source. Wall of the elastic balloon is formed from three layers made of compositions based on silicone elastomers. Siloxane elastomers are arranged in the following order: an inner layer of a composition based on polydimethylmethylvinylsiloxane rubber, a middle layer of a composition based on polydimethylmethylphenylsiloxane rubber and an outer layer of a composition based on polymethyl vinyltrifluoropropylsiloxane rubber.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the resistance of the implanted device to gastric juice while maintaining a low water permeability and high elasticity of the walls of the elastic balloon.
