FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises installed in protective tube acoustic line from magnetostrictive material with damper on upper end, reading coil, permanent marker magnet installed in lower end of acoustic line, hollow metal floats of level and density in form of toroid with permanent magnets located inside toroids in upper part. Electric circuit comprises a microprocessor, two switches, a differential amplifier with a controlled gain factor, a comparator, temperature sensors and a reading coil. Upper end of the acoustic line is spring-loaded, in the upper part of the density float there fixed are tight metal tubes, on top of the tubes there is a centering plank with a minimum surface, in the center of the plank the upper antifriction element is installed, lower antifriction element and balancing weight are installed in lower part of toroid of density float. Antifriction elements on top and bottom of density float can be made as sliding elements, and rolling elements, density float has devices for fixing range cargoes intended for adjustment of range of density measurements during operation, for protection against condensate an umbrella is installed, which is located in upper part of protective pipe.
