FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: superhigh-frequency (SHF) receive/transmit device includes: a receiving and a transmitting antenna and K channels where K is a whole number two or more, a double frequency conversion of the first and second stage, a switcher, a power divider, a control unit, a reference oscillator, a light source, a white noise generator, and a pulse generator. Receiving antenna switcher and power divider are connected in sequentially, each of the i-th divider output is connected to the input of the i-th channel, each output of the i-th channel is connected with i-th branching box input, which is connected to the input of the transmitting antenna, i=1, 2, … K. A generator "white noise", a pulse generator and a second input signal modulated "white noise" of a switcher are connected sequentially. Each dual frequency conversion channel has the inputs of the reference oscillator signal, the number of active channel devices, the input-output of the control unit and the inputs of the control signals, according to the number of stabilisers in the channel, connected to the corresponding input-output of the control unit and the inputs of the control signal. The switcher has an output, two microwave inputs and one control signal input.
EFFECT: expansion of the arsenal of technical means intended for the transceiver and processing of microwave signals.
