SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in transceivers. Broadband transceiving devices with optimum combination of required level of dynamic range of received signal and required bandwidth of frequency conversion during reception and transmission of signals comprises receiving and transmitting antennas, K-1 channels for double conversion of frequency, where K is an integer number of two or more, a power divider, a control unit, a reference generator and a diffuser, where each double frequency conversion channel comprises a band-pass filter having a first microwave signal input, a first microwave signal frequency converter, a digital signal processing device, a digital-to-analogue converter and a second frequency converter, wherein the first and second frequency converters provide an optimum level of the dynamic range of the received signal, and also provide an optimum frequency conversion width, where optimum level of dynamic range of received signal is determined by area of values from minimum, i.e. a given value formed at the corresponding maximum frequency bandwidth of the frequency converter, which defines the boundary of the noise signals, and the optimum bandwidth of the multichannel frequency converter, which is equal to the given one, is provided by the total frequency conversion bandwidth when all double conversion channels are used.

EFFECT: providing optimum combination of values of dynamic range of received signal and required width of frequency conversion band when receiving and transmitting a signal.
