FIELD: generation of power.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, in particular, to electric generator units, and can be used both in electric power plants and in electric aggregates with internal combustion engines to reduce the brightness of thermal emission and noise thereof. Proposed is an electric generator unit containing an external body made in the form of a heat- and noise-insulated container (1) with a doorway (5), consisting of two compartments - technological (I) and diesel generator compartments (II), separated by a heat- and noise-insulated partition (2), placed in the technological compartment (I) is the air line of the cooling system (10) made in the form of a prism with a muffler (12) installed thereon and electrically controlled air release air valves (11), and placed in the diesel generator compartment (II) is a diesel generator (9) with a radiator (3), installed on a frame (7), and electrically controlled air intake valves (4), wherein the frame of the diesel generator (7) is made in the form of an air line, and the generator (6) is additionally equipped with a ventilation box (8) connected with the frame (7), wherein one end of the frame is made open and connected with the air line of the cooling system (10), located in the technological compartment (I), and the second end of the frame is made closed.
EFFECT: technical result is an electric generator unit usable in electric power plants and in electric aggregates with internal combustion engines.
