FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used both in power stations and in container-type electrical units. The power station comprises a diesel generator unit (1) equipped with a liquid cooling system with a radiator (2), installed in a heat-insulated block container (3). The walls of the block container (3) are covered with a noise-insulating material (4) and equipped with ventilation air supply openings (5) and ventilation air discharge openings (6). The ventilation air discharge openings (6) are separated from the diesel generator unit (1) by a noise-absorbing partition (7). The areas of the air discharge openings (6) and the area of the radiator (2) in any orthogonal projection do not have common points. The block container (3) at the locations of the ventilation air supply openings (5) is equipped with crank mechanisms with noise-absorbing screens and fasteners for the non-working position of the mechanisms fixed thereon. Each mechanism is equipped with an apparatus for automatically bringing said mechanism to the working position and with a roller support.
EFFECT: reduction in the noise level during operation with provided possibility of technical maintenance of the diesel generator unit.
