FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to power engineering, it can be used in order to produce combustible gas due to gasification of solid fuel. This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the gasifier of solid continuous fuel includes the vertical cylindrical hermetic furnace with thermal insulation, inside which consistently, from top to bottom, the zones of fuel drying, dry distillation, pyrolysis and the combustion zone of the fluidized bed are located, the gas shutoff valve is provided at the top of the furnace, which is the control throttle valve, and the fuel supply device, which is configured as the worm conveyor for supplying fuel, is provided, in the lower part there is the ash pan, the ash removal device, which is made in the form of the worm conveyor of ash, the firebox with the air supply grid, the electric heater with the tungsten spiral and lightweight fireclay, the air supply pipe for the firebox, the heat exchanger, which is characterized in that the fuel is mixed with a dosed amount of air to form the fluidized bed, the firebox with the air supply grid has a plurality of openings, which define the height of the fluidized bed, the amount of supply air is set by means of adjusting the throttle, and the pyrolysis products are transformed at the electric heater into methane and water vapor, which pass through all the heat exchanger tubes, and are cooled up to 150÷180 °C, while heating the coolant.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased efficiency of gasification of the fuel used in order to produce a combustible gas of high purity and with the calorific value, which exceeds the calorific value of the synthesis gas, and also the simplified gasifier structure in comparison with the existing analogues in view of the absence of rotating parts of the proposed invention.
