FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the mining industry, to the construction of a foundation on the soil of mine opening in a coal and shale mine. According to the first variant of the method, in the case of a horizontal or inclined coal or mixed face mine opening, with an angle of inclination of up to 13 degrees, following the advance of the cutoff face, a geomembrane is arranged on the soil of the mine opening, on top of the geomembrane, sections of three-dimensional reinforcing framework are laid, it is made from metal molded strips with holes for perforation and mounting holes with a width of 50 to 300 mm from cold-rolled steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm. Two strips are bonded by welding to obtain three-dimensional cells with equal dimensions in length and width from 250 to 400 mm and a height equal to the width of the strip. Pairs of molded strips are joined into sections by welding. Said sections of the three-dimensional reinforcing frame are connected with each other after they have been laid on the soil of the mine opening by studs with washers and nuts with M16-M24 thread sizes through perforating and mounting holes. Said sections of the three-dimensional reinforcing framework are filled to the entire height of the framework with rock formed during the mining operations using a tunneling machine. On the top of the framework, a protective layer of at least 50 mm thick is poured consisting from rock formed during the mining operations. According to the second variant of the method, following the advance of the cutoff face, a geomembrane is laid on the soil of the mining opening, and a three-dimensional reinforcing frame is laid on the geomembrane, said frame is made from a three-dimensional geogrid, which is a three-dimensional structure in the form of a section consisting of cells of the same geometric shape and the same dimensions, made of polymer strips, which are made of synthetic or natural polymers of the same width and thickness and a length much longer than the width of the strip.

EFFECT: methods for constructing a foundation on the soil of a coal and shale mine opening are proposed.
