FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the metals processing by pressure, namely, to the sheet metals combined processing methods. Metal or composite workpieces from the sheet materials manufacturing method includes the wound onto a roll preheated sheet material winding, onto the mandrel with tension of up to 40 % of the wound material permissible stresses at a speed of 0.2–20 rpm. Winding speed is selected so, that each successive layer temperature was higher than the previous layer temperature. Then fixing the material ends and performing the wound layers welding by means of plastic deformation or / and sintering. At the wound workpiece girth angle from 0 to 180° performing the outer layer slow cooling down, in the wound workpiece girth angle area from 180 to 360° performing the outer layer intensive cooling down so, that the upper sheet temperature drop in the girth angle area from 0 to 180° was less than in the girth angle area from 180 to 360°.
EFFECT: result is enabling obtaining of the greatest compressive stresses between the wound workpiece layers and, therefore, layers welding conditions improvement, internal defects number reduction and the furnace atmosphere effect reduction during heating.
