SUBSTANCE: winding on mandrel is carried out simultaneously at least for two sheets of materials with different strength properties, rolled into rolls. Winding is carried out with tension of the wound sheet material with higher strength properties, which is 10-60% of its strength limit, and with tension of the wound sheet material with lower strength properties, up to 33% of its strength limit. The tension of material with higher strength properties is selected above the yield point of material in contact with it of material with lower strength properties. Wound layers are welded under pressure.

EFFECT: increasing the density of winding, obtaining blanks with uniform chemical composition and uniform distribution of physical and mechanical properties along their cross-section.
