FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used to predict the risk of complications of the cardiovascular system after laparoscopic operations in metastatic colon cancer. Each patient at the preoperative stage as parameters of the state of the cardiovascular system is determined: the stroke volume of the left ventricle (SVLV, ml), myocardial stress in systole (MSS, g/cm2), left ventricular volume load index (LVVLI, ml/g), systolic reserve with Valsalva test (systolic reserve ΔSV Vals, %), diastolic reserve with a Valsalva test (diastolic reserve ΔE/A Vals, %), scores for the assessment of cardiovascular complications by Goldman. For each parameter, the diagnostic coefficients are determined. Obtained diagnostic coefficients are summarized. At a sum of 45 and more, predict a high risk. With a sum less than 45, there is a low risk of postoperative cardiovascular complications after laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer.
EFFECT: method allows to effectively predict postoperative cardiovascular complications, and also to prevent their development, expanding the indications for radical surgical intervention in patients with metastatic colon cancer by evaluating the complex of the most significant parameters of the state of the cardiovascular system.
