In the preoperative period, an assessment is carried out on the MoCA scale (A) in points and the Charlson comorbidity index (B) is determined. If there are less than 20 points on the MoCA scale, the probability of developing delayed cognitive impairment is 32.93%. With a Charlson comorbidity index value of more than 5, the probability of delayed cognitive impairment is 27.13%. With a combination of factors A and B, the probability of delayed cognitive impairment is 61.19%.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to accurately determine the risk of delayed cognitive impairment by taking into account the complex of the most significant risk factors.
