SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is an antibody, or antigen-binding fragment of an antibody, that specifically binds to human IL-4R. Also described is a nucleic acid encoding said antibody, a corresponding vector and a host cell. Also provided is a method of producing said antibody and a therapeutic composition for treating a disease associated with IL-4R, containing said antibody.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of means of treating asthma.
