SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to image processing technologies. Method for determining a depth map is proposed. Method comprises a step of receiving image-related data from the first image capturing device on a satellite computing device, the image-related data comprising a scene highlighted by a projected light pattern. Further, according to the method, at least one orientation image from a second image capturing device on the satellite computing device is received. Further, an image captured by a base station is received, wherein the image comprises at least a portion of the highlighted scene. Depth map is calculated based, at least in part, on the orientation of the satellite computing device and the image-related data.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide a more accurate depth map.
