SUBSTANCE: described are pharmaceutical compositions for preventing or treating a cardiovascular disease comprising amlodipine, rosuvastatin and losartan, and a pharmaceutical complex composition, including a first mixture containing amlodipine and rosuvastatin, and a second mixture containing losartan.
EFFECT: composition and complex composition include rosuvastatin having particle size (D90) of 50 mcm or less, and exhibit an excellent dissolution rate, bioavailability, stability and uniformity of the content, and can therefore be useful in the pharmaceutical industry.
