FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, methods of dental prosthetics and a transportable, economical complex for orthopedic dentistry, which can be used on various types of transport (sea vessels), as well as in remote areas. Mobile complex of dental equipment has the form of a platform of a circular shape divided into 6 equal sections. Initially, patients are seated in the dental chairs of the first and fourth sections of the platform. At the outer edge of these sections are working places of dental surgeons, which are carried out by patients of these sections anaesthetising injections and according to the pre-made markings on the template with the help of a computer tomogram they prepare the gums and jaws for implantation: carrying out the necessary cuts, drilling holes. Then the platform is moved to 60° so that the first and fourth sections of the platform are in place of its second and fifth sections. Accordingly, at their outer edge there are workplaces of orthopedic dentists, which produce anatomical fixed prostheses, designed for subsequent permanent fixation, and they are adapted to patients. Then the platform is moved to 60° to the following – the third and sixth sections, at their outer edge there are jobs of dentists-orthopedists, which cast crowns of strong metal on a template in the form of a dental impression, adjusted and fixed on non-removable dentures. Fixed crowns are connected together, the finished prosthesis is removed, the sputtering on the crowns is made, fixed on a permanent basis. Platform is made of aluminum alloy with the ability to rotate along a closed path around the axis on which it is fixed, driven by an electric motor, with the possibility of rotation on wheels installed along the edges of its lower part and is divided into 6 equal sections – 60°. In each of the sections there is a dental chair with medical equipment.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of a mobile complex of equipment for mobile dental offices, allowing doctors to perform the whole complex of orthopedic operations with the least loss of time, without the patient's need to leave the chair, and assisting several patients at once.
