FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is used in carrying out transmyocardial laser revascularisation of myocardium. Device includes laser source of irradiation, fibre-optic system and terminal device for simultaneous performance of laser perforations and medication injections. Laser source of irradiation represents hard-body laser based on alumo-yttrium garnet, doped with neodymium, operating at wave-length 1.44 mcm.
EFFECT: application of device increases quality and efficiency of TMLR performance due to application of optic fibre for transmission of irradiation to operation zone and as a result of more complete absorption of laser irradiation in smaller volume of biotissue.
