FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to clinical laser medicine and can be used in transmyocardial laser revascularisation (TMLR) both independently, and in combination with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). An transmyocardial laser revascularisation (TMLR) apparatus compsises a laser emitter, a optic-fibre system and a terminal for combined laser perforation and medicamentous injections where the laser emitter represents a solid-state Nd:YAG laser emitting at wavelength 1.4 mcm.
EFFECT: application of the invention allows improving quality and efficiency of TMLR and TMLR combined with CABG, reducing risk of operative and postoperative cardiac complications.
