FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for welding parts with weld quality control, (versions) and a method for welding parts with weld quality control (versions). Welding laser beam is irradiated along welding trajectories set in the processed parts, or an inspection laser beam is irradiated along scanning trajectories set in a molten pool in the processed parts that have been melted by the welding laser beam. Return light including reflected light from the molten pool in the processed parts, evaporation luminescence generated by melting/evaporating the processed parts, and thermal radiation light radiated from the molten pool in the processed parts is received. Fundamental frequency is detected by conducting Fourier transform on the intensity of the received return light and a welding condition of a portion of the processed parts is inspected based on an amplitude at the fundamental frequency and an amplitude at a frequency that is twice as high as the fundamental frequency.

EFFECT: device for inspecting a welded portion and an inspection method therefor are disclosed.
