FIELD: welding production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of welding production, in particular to a method for laser welding of parts. Welding is carried out by synchronous movement of a laser head to heat a welding bath together with an ultrasound impact tool with a nozzle. The nozzle contains four sound lines with carbide tips of a spherical shape, which in-phase transfer ultrasound oscillations to both welded parts before and after the welding bath. The nozzle has a fastener, for example in the form of a ball joint, allowing for provision of a contact of tips of the ultrasound tool with a welded surface, when welding materials with different thickness. The intensity of ultrasound impact on the welding bath is stabilized in an automatic mode by adjustment of power of an ultrasound generator according to a signal of an acoustic feedback sensor located near the welding bath and moved synchronously with the welding laser head.

EFFECT: increase in the quality of welded connection of parts due to provision of ultrasound impact with a contact method with constant parameters on a welding bath along the entire length of a welded joint.
