FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for catalytic gasification of a carbonaceous feed in a circulating fluidized bed. Method for catalytic gasification of the carbonaceous feed into synthesis gas in two fluidized beds is described, comprising the following steps: i) gasification of a first portion of said carbonaceous feed in gasification zone (102, 202) in a fluidized bed at a temperature of 600-800°C by steam and in the presence of a catalyst containing an alkali metal compound, added by the impregnation method into a particular solid carrier selected from γ-aluminium oxide, silicon, ZSM-5 zeolite, spent catalyst after fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) and a combination of these substances to produce synthesis gas; wherein the heat for the endothermic gasification reaction provides said heated catalyst which is contained in said gasification zone in a weight ratio of catalyst to feed of 2:1 to 50:1, and wherein the alkali metal compound is added by impregnation to a particular solid carrier in an amount of 20 to 50 wt%, and wherein the conversion of said carbonaceous feed into synthesis gas per cycle is at least 90 wt% ; ii) discharging the heat-extracted catalyst through the top of gasification zone (102, 202) in the fluidized bed to combustion zone (140, 240) in the fluidized bed; and iii) combustion of the second portion of said carbonaceous feed and unreacted carbon from said gasification zone (102, 202) in the fluidized bed in combustion zone (140, 240) in the fluidized bed at a temperature of 800-840°C with air; wherein the heat generated during the exothermic combustion reaction is transferred to said heat-extracted catalyst to produce said heated catalyst which is recirculate into said gasification zone (102, 202) in the fluidized bed, characterized in that said heated catalyst remains in the two boiling layers and said heated catalyst is used in the next preparation of synthesis gas; wherein gasification zone (102, 202) in the fluidized bed and combustion zone (140, 240) in the fluidized bed are made in two separate fluidized beds, wherein synthesis gas contains hydrogen in the range of 55 to 60 mol%, carbon monoxide in the range of 23 to 35 mol%, carbon dioxide in the range of 9 to 16 mol%, and methane in the range of 0.3 to 0.6 mol%. Catalyst for gasification of the carbonaceous feed is also described.
EFFECT: technical result: the method for low-temperature gasification of carbonaceous feed of various types is proposed.
