FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technical field of filter elements. Method for manufacturing a membrane for tangential fluid filtration, wherein said membrane comprises: a substrate having a three-dimensional structure and consisting of an one-piece ceramic porous body, in which there are paths for circulation of the fluid being filtered and a separating filter layer applied to the wall of the circulation paths in which the three-dimensional substrate structure is obtained by an additive technology, in which a three-dimensional substrate structure is dissected into sections by a computer-aided design program, wherein said sections are alternately created in the form of elemental layers arranged one above the other and successively connected to each other, by repeating the following two steps: a) depositing a homogeneous continuous bed of powder having a constant thickness, intended for forming the ceramic porous body across a surface area greater than the pattern of the section of said porous body formed at the layer level; b) according to the pattern determined for each layer, locally consolidating part of the deposited material create the elemental layer, wherein said two steps are repeated in order to simultaneously bind the thus formed elemental layer to the previous layer at each repetition, gradually increasing the desired three-dimensional shape.
EFFECT: technical result is providing greater variability in the choice of substrate and channel forms within the substrate, increasing reliability and productivity.
