HAVING REDUCED OXYGEN PERMEABILITY LAMINATES PRODUCTION METHOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC B32B27/40 C08G18/09 C08G18/42 C09J175/06

Abstract RU 2663773 C2

FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the laminate production method, which comprises: a. adhesive mixture obtaining with (I) the polyisocyanate (A) separate particles provision as the component A; (II) also providing the polyester (B) with a hydroxyl terminus, formed from the linear aliphatic diol having terminal hydroxyl groups and from 2 to 10 of carbon atoms and the linear dicarboxylic acid, wherein the polyester has the number average molecular weight of 300 to 5,000 and is solid at 25 °C, and has the melting point of 80 °C or lower, wherein the polyester (B) with the hydroxyl terminus is introduced into the carrier solvent as substantially miscible solid material in the amount of at least 20 wt% relative to the total weight (A) and the carrier solvent with the component B formation; b. or (I) the component A and the component B mixing with the NCO/OH ratio of 1 to 2 with the adhesive mixture (I) formation, or (II) all or part of the component A and the component B part reaction with the NCO/OH ratio of 2 to 8 with formation of the prepolymer (C) and then mixing the component B remainder and the component A any remaining portion with the prepolymer (C) with the adhesive mixture (II) formation having the NCO/OH ratio of 1 to 2; c. at least one of the adhesive mixtures (I) and (II) layer application onto the first polymer film, wherein the adhesive mixtures (I) or (II) are prepared immediately prior to the layer application onto the first polymer film; d. second polymer film placement as being closest to the layer and distant from the first polymer film, so, that the layer is between the first and second polymer films; and e. ensuring the adhesive mixture (I) or (II) complete interaction at the temperature of 50 °C or higher, and then curing under such conditions, that the polyester crystalline domains are formed before the curing completion; so, that the laminate is formed. Laminate may also exhibit the barrier properties desired retention after cracking under the influence of bending.

EFFECT: laminate production, which that includes the adhesive layer, to which the improved oxygen barrier properties are given, possibility of its application even at the relatively low temperatures.
