SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a 4-methoxypyrrole derivative of formula I, wherein R1, R2 and R3 each independently is hydrogen or halogen, with the proviso that R1, R2 and R3 they can not be hydrogen simultaneously, and R4 and R5 each independently is hydrogen, halogen, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkoxy, C1-4 haloalkyl or C1-4 haloalkoxy, with the proviso that R4 and R5 can not be hydrogen simultaneously, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing it. formula 1.
EFFECT: as a result, 4-methoxypyrrole derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in accordance with the invention can be effectively used for preventing and treating gastrointestinal tract injuries caused by ulcers of the digestive tract, gastritis, reflux esophagitis or Helicobacter pylori; also 4-methoxypyrrole derivatives or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have an inhibitory action against GPCR and therefore can be effectively used for preventing and treating diseases mediated by 5-HT receptor or mediated by muscarinic acetylcholine receptor.
