SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, namely to 7-{(1S)-1-[1-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]propyl}-5-[2-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine-5-yl]-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-amine, 4-amino-7-{[1-(2-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-yl]methyl}-5-[2-(trifluoromethyl)pyrimidine-5-yl]-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-6-carbonitrile, 7-{[1-(2-fluorophenyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]methyl}-5-(4-metoxypyrimidine-5-yl)-2-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-amine or to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts.

EFFECT: technical result is that new derivatives of pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-4-amine are obtained, useful as potentiators of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductivity regulator (CFTR).
