When the accelerator pedal depressing operating value is equal to or less than the predetermined value, and the electric motor vehicle is at the moment of time before the stopping, electric motor torque control commands values calculation means provides the electric motor torque control command value convergence to 0 based on the torque with feedback and torque with direct communication, along with decrease in the travel speed.
