SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the control of the traction system of vehicles with electric traction. Electric motor control device for the electric motor vehicle comprises a module for setting the values of the electric motor torque command and the electric motor control module. Command module for setting the values of the electric motor torque command is configured to set the value of the first target driving torque based on the vehicle information as the torque command value of the electric motor and set the value of the second target torque to stop the vehicle and maintain the stop state. Second target torque is set when the speed parameter becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value. Electric motor control module stops the vehicle and maintains the stop state by means of the value of the second target torque. Control method for an electromotive vehicle is also claimed.

EFFECT: reduced vibration in the longitudinal direction when the vehicle stops.
