FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing a size-stable integral structure involves laying a stack of layers of composite material, forming the stacked package in mutually perpendicular planes with pressure in an autoclave on mandrels placed in the inner spaces of the bag to form internal ribs. In this case, the laying out of the stack of layers of composite material and its shaping is carried out in two stages. In the first stage, a part of the composite material is laid out on the two-part metal mandrels consisting of the upper and lower parts, with the formation of blocks that join each other, placing the lower surfaces of the two-part mandrels on the mounting device with the possibility of moving the mandrels perpendicular to the planes of the internal ribs. Then the workpiece is molded, the lower parts of the mandrels are extracted and the workpiece is machined. In the second stage, the workpiece is set with a treated surface on the mounting fixture, a glue film is applied to the workpiece and the rest of the composite material is laid out to form flanges, and the tops of the mandrels are molded and removed.

EFFECT: method ensures the manufacture of a size-stable integrated structure without the use of rubber casings and complex devices for their manufacture, simplifies the technological equipment and reduces the material consumption, improves the processability of the manufacturing process of the size-stable integrated structure.
