FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of construction materials. Stamp for semi-dry moulding of ceramic products contains uniformly distributed through its surface through cylindrical holes of a stepped shape with the formation of depressions on the working surface of the stamp. In the through holes are fixed devices for air removal, made in the form of screw-shaped fittings with an expanding head. Fittings are installed in the through holes to form an annular chamber between the cylindrical side surface of the recess and the side surface of the divergent nozzle head. In the stem of the socket, there is an axial hole communicating by means of lateral channels formed in the head of the union with an annular chamber. Between the nozzle head and the side surface of the recess there is an annular gap of 0.1÷0.3 mm. Air exhaust devices communicate with the external environment through a system of discharge channels connected to a pressurizing device for supplying compressed air and with a vacuum system.
EFFECT: technical result is the production of high quality bricks by maximizing air bleeding from the entire surface of the pressed raw material, simplifying the design and high operational reliability.
