SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a decanter centrifuge and feed chamber for a decanter centrifuge. Decanter centrifuge comprises a screw conveyor rotatably mounted around, preferably a horizontal axis of rotation, substantially concentrically in the rotating bowl, the screw conveyor comprising a hub and at least one spiral, the hub has an inner surface and an outer surface, at least one channel between the inner surface and the outer surface of the screw conveyor and a feed tube located in the center of the hub of the screw conveyor. Number of nozzles are provided that extend from the inside of the supply chamber to the outside. Accelerator inserts are provided on the inner surface of the screw hub of the screw conveyor and between the nozzles along the circumference, which are replaceable.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of the decanter centrifuge, protection from wear and simplification of maintenance.
