SUBSTANCE: bag (1) with sleevelike bag body (1a) is folded at an end area to form bottom (1d), which is connected to cover sheet (10). Cover sheet (10) comprises central portion (10a), two intermediate portions (10d, 10e) running along the sides of central portion (10a) and two outer portions (10h, 10j) running along the sides of intermediate portions (10d, 10e). Intermediate portions (10d, 10e) on inner folding edges (10b, 10c) are folded inwardly. Outer portions (10h, 10j) on intermediate folding edges (10f, 10g) are folded outwardly. Outer portions (10h, 10j) and central portion (10a) are connected to folded bottom (1d). In central portion (10a) or in outer portions (10h, 10j) and intermediate portions (10d, 10e), predetermined grip holes are formed by means of slots, perforations or material loosening (12, 13; 12a, 13a; 14, 15). Grip holes (12a, 13a; 12, 13) in central portion (10a) or in outer portions (10h, 10j) are arranged in cover sheet (10) folded flush with adjacent grip holes (14, 15) of intermediate portions (10d, 10e).
