FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical equipment. Damper (1) includes resonant circuit (11), damping capacitor module (CD) and switching circuit (12). Damping inductor module (LD) of resonance circuit (11) receives the electric energy of alternating current (AC). Resonance capacitor (Cr) of resonant circuit (11) is connected to damping inductor module (LD). Switching circuit 12 is connected to resonant capacitor (Cr), damped inductor module (LD) and damping capacitor module (CD).
EFFECT: switching circuit (12), when operating in the first phase, establishes a connection between damping inductor module (LD) and resonant capacitor (Cr), to save the electric energy of the alternating current in the resonant circuit (11), and when operating in the second phase, it is possible to transmit the electric energy of the alternating current to the damping capacitor module (CD) and keep this energy in it.
