SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid crystalline displays. Liquid crystal display module with narrow frame contains background illumination module and liquid crystal panel disposed opposite to each other and adhered to each other by double-sided adhesive tape. Backlight unit comprises rear frame and optical unit disposed in rear frame, wherein at least portion of double-sided adhesive tape comprises light-shielding portion and light-transmitting part extending along length direction thereof. Light-shielding part is glued to side wall of rear frame, and light-transmitting part is attached to optical unit.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase width of double-sided adhesive tape.
