System comprises an interface configured to receive an event data record containing information about the operation, the operation time, a data store adapted to store information about the status of each of a number of items, and a data processing unit configured to receive, through the interface, one event data record, and also configured in response to receiving event data for at least one item, generating information about the state of at least one object after the operation, querying the data store of the previous state information and information on the subsequent state, estimating the transition between states, matching the first rule, and estimating, if, in response to a data warehouse query, information has been found about the subsequent state, the transition between the state indicated by the generated status information, and the state indicated by the subsequent state information, for compliance with the second rule.

EFFECT: technical result is to ensure reliable control over the conformity of any change in the state of the object or operation over the object.
