METHOD OF PROTECTION AGAINST FIRE OF AN ELECTRIC MACHINE WITH PERMANENT MAGNETS ON A CYLINDRICAL TYPE ROTOR, LOSS ENHANCEMENT AND GAIN IN PERFORMANCE DURING WORKING ON PARTIAL MODES OF THE ENGINE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC H02K1/27 H02K11/20 H02H7/06 H02H7/08

Abstract RU 2664557 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment, in particular to electric machines. Method of protection against fire in case of an interturn closure of stator winding of an electric machine with permanent magnets in a cylindrical type rotor consists in, that magnetic blocks with permanent magnets, built in the rotor poles, made in the form of cylinders, are rotated by a certain angle depending on the magnetization system of the rotor. During tangential magnetization of the rotor, half of the magnetic blocks (through one) are rotated through 180°. When the magnetization of the rotor is combined (for example, the "Hulbach" magnetization circuit), all the magnetic blocks are rotated through 180°. With the radial magnetization of the rotor, all the magnetic blocks are turned through 90° through one to the left and to the right. This reduces the induction of the magnetic field in the gap almost to zero or to values commensurate with the scattering fields of the magnetic system. Rotation is carried out by means of a toothed joint consisting of a ring with a gear ring on the outer part driven by a servo-motor and gears fixed to the shanks of the magnetic blocks.

EFFECT: technical result is danger elimination of machine igniting during interturn closure of the stator winding.
