FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: application: medicine, functional diagnostics. Invention substance: temperature of nail bone of palm surface on index finger of examined individual is registered for 10 minutes with frequency of at least 1 Hz, then for 3 minutes during cold test and for another 10 minutes afterwards continuously with the help of thermal sensor, then average amplitude of fluctuations is calculated in the range from 0.0095-0.02 Hz for 10 minutes, then during 3 minutes of cold test and starting from the fourth minute after cold test, B1 coefficient is calculated according to the following formula: B1=A2/A1 and coefficient B2 using formula: B2=A3/A2, where A1 - average amplitude of fluctuations during 10 minutes of research, A2 - average amplitude of fluctuations for 3 minutes of cold test, A3 - average amplitude of fluctuations since fourth minute on completion of cold test, and if value B1 is higher than 1 and B2 is lower than 1, endothelium dysfunction is diagnosed in diabetes mellituse patients.

EFFECT: improved accuracy and simplification of method for determination of endothelium dysfunction.
