Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the casing is made of coaxially installed outer and inner pipes, while at each of the ends of the outer tube there are plugs, one of them is made in the form of a pointed cone and serves to penetrate the device into the ground, second closes the top of the device. Outer, inner tubes and plugs are made of polymer material. Along the internal cavity of the inner tube there are interconnected antennas, a measuring and transmitting part in the form of a printed circuit board with a microcontroller and a radio module placed on it, autonomous power supply and capacitive soil moisture sensors.

EFFECT: increase the reliability of wireless communication with the device, simplify its visual detection, simplify the manufacture, expand the functionality of the device.
